The International Spy Museum (SPY) is searching for qualified new recruits to join their Guest Services Team. Top recruits demonstrate the ability to elevate the guests’ Museum journey by providing attentive and engaging customer service while performing key Museum exhibit functions. Operatives hold a significant responsibility to enrich the guest experience by providing a welcoming and creative atmosphere that fosters the joy of learning.
Employee will assist in the management and maintenance of the Museum’s IT and AV infrastructure. A key part of this position is to proactively maintain interactive and exhibit related equipment to include PC’s, projectors, monitors, touchscreens, RFID hardware, microphones, and other AV equipment. This position will serve as the first point of contact for tasks relating to exhibit technology repairs and maintenance. The preferred candidate should have a focus on customer service, exhibit strong verbal communication skills, and have a proven work ethic both in a team environment and individually.

The Assistant Retail Manager will work closely with the Store Manager and co-Assistant Managers to provide leadership and support for the Retail Store and Team by coordinating and managing daily sales (in-store and online), staffing, product, and customer service operations to achieve sales and profitability goals. The Assistant Retail Manager will manage department administration including internal communication, payroll, and training, as well as support to Store Manager and Retail Buyers.

The Event Security Officer will ensure the overall physical safety and security for all guests and staff, artifacts, exhibits, and private property of the International Spy Museum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the order of private events by conducting access control, assisting with and de-escalating disturbances and providing a memorable and exciting guest experience. They will also act as a flex officer and have the ability to pick up open shifts and create their own schedule outside of the required Friday, Saturday and Sunday shift days.
